The cover includes buildings insurance, legal protection and an element of contents cover for the landlord’s furniture and other items as well as accidental damage to items such as bathroom fittings, fixed glass and underground services.

Optional cover includes tenancy dispute, accidental damage, rent guarantee and home assistance (home assistance provides 24/7 emergency cover).
